01The pillars

Every screen answers to one of them.

Four reasons a month slips away from a team - and what uboord does about each one.

01

Fair workload

Nobody carries the team in silence.

Load is measured, never sensed. Volume, duration, priority and overlap become one honest percentage, and uboord names the exact task that should move.

  • Six smart factors that make work optimized and valuable
  • Tune the engine per department or group
  • Private boards never count as company load
02

Smart tracking

Late is a signal, not a surprise.

Every card carries its own clock, its own progress and a color that moves alone. You read the state of the whole month without opening a single task.

  • Live countdown on every task
  • Eight stages, new to archived
  • Color turns before the date
03

Clear ownership

Every task has a name on it.

Work is assigned, reassigned and approved in the open, and each move is stamped. Employees hand tasks over, and the head hears about it the same moment.

  • Admins, leads and approvals
  • Peer task notices for heads
  • Stamped log on every action
04

Easy Management

Everyone sees exactly their level.

Admins govern departments, heads run delivery, employees see their own work. Boards are filed by month, and reports answer the awkward questions for you.

  • Monthly boards, custom columns
  • Role-scoped views, top down
  • Filters built for real questions

Four promises, and each one is checkable inside.

Fair workload, smart tracking, clear ownership, easy to manage. Open any screen in the product and you can see the promise being kept, or broken.

See what changes on Friday

02The switch

Same team. Same week. Two very different Fridays.

These are the four things that quietly cost you a delivery, and what each one looks like once the pillars are doing their job.

Before · 01

Nobody knows who has what

Work lives in chat threads, a spreadsheet somebody forgot to share, and three people's heads. Asking “where is that?” is a daily ritual.

WITH uboord · 01

One card per task, always current

Name, owner, delivery date, priority, links, files, comments and a live status. If it exists, it is on a board, nowhere else.

Before · 02

The same two people carry everything

Your most reliable person quietly absorbs every urgent task. You only find out they were drowning when they hand in their notice.

WITH uboord · 02

Workload is a number, not a feeling

Every assignment adds measurable load. When somebody crosses their ceiling, uboord flags it before the week starts, not after it breaks.

Before · 03

Deadlines slip in silence

A task stalls for nine days and nothing anywhere goes red. You discover it in the delivery meeting, in front of the client.

WITH uboord · 03

Late is visible the day it happens

Cards change color on their own. Overdue, at risk, paused with a reason, waiting on approval. You see it on the board, at a glance.

Before · 04

Asking for help looks like failure

So nobody asks. The task gets late instead, and then somebody gets blamed for it in a review three weeks later.

WITH uboord · 04

Request support, blame nobody

A support request is a planning signal. The head reads it, replies on the card, and reassigns capacity. No performance conversation required.

The cost of not knowing never reaches the invoice.

It is the rework, the apology call, the person who leaves. uboord does not ask anyone to work harder; it makes the load visible early enough to move.

03The product

Built for the way delivery really works.

Each part of uboord exists because one of the four pillars demanded it. Nothing here is decoration.

Boards that match your real month

Monthly and yearly taskboards, custom columns with your own names and colors, and a private space for personal work a manager never sees.

A board view you arrange yourself

Choose how many columns sit on each row, run them vertically or horizontally, and cap the cards per column so a busy month never turns into a wall.

A workload engine that stays honest

Six smart factors turn every assignment into one clear percentage, so you know who is stretched before the week starts.

Overlapping work finally counted

Two tasks running through the same days weigh more than two tasks in a row. The engine accounts for it, and the card shows the result.

A clear handoff from done to approved

The employee completes, the head reviews, the head approves. Approved work archives itself later, so a board only ever shows what is still live.

Answers to the awkward questions

Who delivered, what slipped, where capacity went and which group is running hot, filtered by month, group, person or level of priority.

Compare teams or time periods on one scale

Put two departments side by side, or take one team across time, and read delivery, load and lateness on the same scale instead of by memory.

Alerts before the damage, not after

Overload warnings, stalled tasks, support requests and dates coming up arrive as notifications at the moment somebody can still act on them.

Everyone sees exactly their level

Admins govern departments, heads run delivery, employees see their own work. Every action is written to an activity log that nobody can edit.

That is the list, and next comes the picture.

Four of these parts are drawn below as the screens you read every morning, with invented data and exactly the signals you get inside.

05The proof

Teams who made the switch.

Nine operators, three account shapes, one thing in common: they stopped guessing who was drowning.

Two people carried 70% of the work and we could not prove it. Six weeks in, the load chart was flat and slippage went rare.
Sarah BennettOperations Director, Northgate Venues
The support request button changed our culture more than any policy did. People ask early now, because asking is a button.
Daniel FosterHead of Production, Vanguard Studio
As the owner I never touch a task. I open the dashboard, see nine departments, and know in thirty seconds which needs me.
James CarterFounder, Meridian Group
The countdown on each card did what deadlines never did. Nobody argues about priority now; the clock on the card settles it.
Priya RamanDelivery Lead, Halcyon Systems
Approvals used to live in my inbox. Now a task is completed, I review it, I approve it, and it archives itself. Inbox freed.
Michael OkaforHead of Engineering, Braycourt
We run seven departments on it. Each head sets their own labor terms and weights, and none of it leaks into other numbers.
Elena VasquezCOO, Aurora Industrial
I am a team of one and I still pay nothing. Same board, same countdowns, same honest picture of my week. That is rare.
Tomas LindqvistIndependent Architect
Our exit interviews used to say overloaded. Two quarters in, that word has not come up once. The engine flags people early.
Rachel NguyenPeople Director, Kestrel Retail
The activity log ended a year of he-said-she-said. Every move timestamped and unerasable. Audit week takes an afternoon now.

06FAQ

Ten questions, answered straight.

Five for the person who just wants to know what this thing is, five for the person signing the invoice. No sales language, no asterisks.

Just getting to know us

What is uboord in one sentence?

Task tracking software where every task has an owner, a delivery date and a visible workload, so you find out who is overloaded on Monday, not on Friday.

How does uboord measure team workload?

Six things about every running task: being on it at all, how many people share it, its level of priority, how close delivery is, how much is still to do, and whether it overlaps another task the same person is already carrying. Those add up to points, five points is one percent of that person's contracted week, and every weight is editable per department or group.

Can I arrange a board the way my team works?

Yes. A custom view lets you set how many columns sit on each row, run them vertically or horizontally, and cap the cards per column. Collapsed cards still show the client, checklist, progress, files, links and support, and each view remembers its own layout.

Can I control who sees what?

Yes. Visibility follows your structure: owners see the roll-up, heads of department see their department, employees see their own work. Private boards stay private.

What happens to a task once it is finished?

It goes for review, and approval locks the record so the history stays clean. Nothing is deleted by accident, and removed work waits in Trash until you say otherwise.

Before you buy

What am I paying for on a Startup or Enterprise plan?

A shared workspace for the whole team: unlimited taskboards, workload visibility, approvals and reporting. Startup is $200 a month for up to 10 members. Enterprise starts at $2,000 a month and grows in slot blocks up to 200. Storage scales with the plan and every task file is capped at 5 MB. The full price and storage table is in the pricing section above.

Which plan should I buy?

Individual is free and stays free if you are tracking your own work. Buy Startup for one team of up to ten members. Buy Enterprise when you have departments, heads of department and an owner who needs the roll-up. Neither team cap counts the account owner.

Is yearly billing cheaper?

Yes. Paying yearly costs less than twelve monthly payments, and moving from monthly to yearly credits free days to your account straight away. You can switch cycle any time from Billing.

What bonuses come with a paid plan?

Paid workspaces get referral codes: every invited workspace that buys adds 3 free days to both accounts, up to 3 invites. There is also a one-time bonus on your second annual renewal, plus coupon codes when we run them. Individual plans are free, so bonuses do not apply.

Can I cancel, and what happens to our data?

Cancel any time from Billing, and Individual is free forever with no card. Your data is not deleted or erased: come back whenever you like and your boards, tasks and reports are still there, unless our guidelines change in future.
